This PSU isn't even up to code as it uses 20-pin connector. Sure, it's not going to be a product widely purchased by everyone.. but it is important to keep with the times. lol
All in all, a nifty little PSU.
I've got the 120 Watt version, and for what it does, it's a wonder! Almost no heat, low power consumption (great when running off batteries), and tiny, sticks up less than an inch from the top of the mobo's PSU connector.
They're a little pricey, but are must-haves for mini-ITX boards.
....Hmmmm.... One of AMD's new 35 Watt TDP processors and a passive gpu... you may be able to get by with the 120 Watt version in a real HTPC computer, as long as you don't need more than a couple rotating drives ;)
Shame there isn't more VIA mini C7's around. One of these could be useful.
yes it does need a 12V power brick or 12V dc source (car battery). I use a 200 watt version in my Lego comp and its barely bigger than a stick of memory.
If you take the time to really see how much power stuff draws you will be suprised. You could use the 200 watt one to power a full size desktop with a 7600GS.
They almost produce NO heat as well.
I am interested in purchasing picopsu for my pesonnal computer. However I am not able to find any distributer or seler in India. Can someone please help me? A picopsu-60wi would be ideal, but a picopsu-90 or picopsu-120 woill also serve the purpose.
