Silicon Power announced its latest USB 3.0 flash drive, the Marvel M60. This cap-less flash drive features a retractable USB connector, and is almost completely made of chrome-plated exterior material. Measuring 73mm x 22mm x 9 mm, the drive weighs just 15 g. It is available in 32 GB and 64 GB capacities. It takes advantage of the USB 3.0 interface, providing transfer rates of 100 MB/s read and 70 MB/s write. It is backwards compatible with USB 2.0, with reduced transfer rates of 30 MB/s read and 20 MB/s write. It is backed by a lifetime warranty, and features a number of data backup and security tools. Silicon Power did not let out a price.
