Philips Introduces the 221S3UCB USB Monitor
Philips has today announced the European release of the 221S3UCB 21.5-inch monitor which gets both power and signal via a USB connection. Part of the business-oriented S-Line family, this USB display features a TN panel, white LED backlighting, a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 5 ms response time, a maximum brightness of 150 cd/m2, and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1.
The 221S3UCB also has a stand allowing for tilt, rotation and height adjustment, and it comes with a recommended price tag of 145 Euro (plus VAT).

then what about the video card, there is no usb port on video cards
It's so you can expand the desktop without adding GPU power. They're usually pretty basic, but it's very functional IMO.
I see the specs say swivel -65/65. I am not fluent in math, but to rotate landscape/portrait wouldn't it need to be -90/90?
If I can't do that, then no deal.
edit: Swivel isn't the same as rotate. I confuse easily. Will keep checking and report back to the internet! :)

Orientation (Use this function if you upgrade with Ergonomics base)
Landscape Sets the display to landscape view
Portrait Sets the display to portrait mode
Landscape (flipped) Sets the display to upside down landscape mode
Portrait (flipped) Sets the display to upside down portrait mode
So if you get the Ergonomic base, then you easily change orientation.
