A lot of people actually expect the hardware they buy to work for a reliable period of time..
3 year warranty to me = "We know our stuff is going to break fast"..
I'm staying with standard HD's until reliablilty and price change places.. One is ridiculously high, one is ridiculously low..
My eyes are starting to look though finally.. Just not quite there yet, in the performance/price/longevity equation.
