Intel Delivers Windows 8-Compatible Solid-State Drive Toolbox
Intel announced today a new Intel Solid-State Drive (SSD) Toolbox version 3.1 that is Windows 8-compatible. Offered in 11 languages, the Intel SSD Toolbox helps users keep their Intel SSD in prime condition. According to Bootracer my startup\reboot is 10s slower now. Notes it as User waiting time which is BS as there isn't one unless INTEL added one some how.

So from the above, unless I misunderstood it, 330i is the latest FW... but anyhow, no big deal as I am not actually having issues... just sucks for companies saying something inconsistent and misleading... I think you know what I mean... ;)
