Kingston to Preview SandForce SF3700-Powered SSDs at AIS 2013

Kingston Digital, Inc., the Flash memory affiliate of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced it will exhibit at the LSI Accelerating Innovation Summit (AIS) 2013. A gold sponsor, Kingston will showcase its robust range of enterprise- and client-based SSDs. Kingston will exhibit in Booth 14 during the show, November 20 and 21 in San Jose, Calif.

In addition to its current SSD range, Kingston will preview its forthcoming solutions using the LSI SandForce SF3700 flash controller family. In 2014, Kingston's next generation of SSDs will provide even greater performance, reliability and higher capacities. Future SSDNow enterprise SSDs will further enhance datacenters of all sizes and functions from hyper scale to traditional corporate, which will make it easier to bring the power and benefits of Flash memory into the server environment. These future enterprise SSDs will make it possible for exponential numbers of virtual servers and increased computing performance without investing in costly storage systems that take up more physical space and use more power and cooling.

Kingston offers two SSDs specifically designed for the datacenter. The E100 is ideal for higher endurance for heavy write environments. The E50 features high IOPS and bandwidth performance to solve I/O latencies and bottlenecks thus increasing server performance. Both drives feature intelligent power failure protection to prevent data loss in case of power outages. For organizations of all sizes, Kingston offers three client-based high-performance SSDs including low-power consumption (KC300), affordable entry level (V300) and small form factor (KC380).

"AIS 2013 is a terrific place for us to showcase our current lineup of solid-state drives as well as preview our next-generation SSD solutions," said Ariel Perez, SSD business manager, Kingston. "With the help of LSI SandForce, we are committed to meeting all datacenter, server and corporate client needs."

Kingston SSDNow solid-state drives are backed by a two-, three-or five-year warranty, free technical support and legendary Kingston reliability.
