Microsoft Readies Eight Patches For Next Week
May's Patch Tuesday is coming up and Microsoft is ready for it with eight new updates, two of which are rated 'Critical' while the rest are rated 'Important'. The patches will address vulnerabilities found in Windows (Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, RT, Server 2003, Server 2008 and Server 2012), Office (2007, 2010, 2013), .NET Framework and Internet Explorer.

MS is the largest market share and continues to have the most compatibility, its the obvious choice for unethical people to try and exploit, it also runs on PC's at financial institutions all over the world, and while not allowed access to their mainframe keyloggers, droppers, and many other ways to spy and read data exist due to the mere effect of it being popular.
