Bring your mouse to life with breathing light patterns, or set your lighting to continuously cycle through the color spectrum. The lighting can also be synchronized with Logitech G's other RGB products.
Accurate and Responsive Optical Sensor
The Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum features Logitech's most powerful and accurate optical sensor, the PMW3366, for maximum performance and tracking accuracy and the exclusive Logitech G Delta Zero optical sensor technology that increases reliable targeting. The Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum also features a huge DPI range of 200 to 12,000 with zero sensor acceleration, zero smoothing or filtering and zero pixel rounding.
Tunable Balance, Buttons, Surface and Weight
Personal tweaks make all the difference. For a mouse that feels just right for you, adjust the weight and center of balance through the placement of up to five 3.6g weights in the mouse. You can also easily reassign any command or macro to one of the 11 programmable buttons, using LGS.
And for optimal performance, calibrate the sensor against a gaming surface's physical and reflective characteristics. Surface tuning optimizes the sensor dynamic range to match the properties of the mouse surface, which results in maximum high-speed performance and lower lift-off distance.

I don't know whether to laugh at you or compliment you for apparently continuing to pour your cash into a product line you hate, unless it's for some perverse reason like you want to have a reason to hate them more.
I'd say most people's experiences are quite opposite from yours, therefore yours is an abnormality
G700s vs G502
Anyways i have never had a issue with their support when needed and actually saved me money by not requiring a return on the failed product. If it smells like bullshit it normally is just that.
EDIT: Yeah the G700s is a monster lol, as much as i have enjoyed using it i like my SS Sensei wireless when it comes to playing 1st person shooters and yes i have them both plugged in at the same time and software between them i have had no issue's..
Although the G7 is basically nothing more than a wireless G5, and the G500 is pretty much the same as the G5/G7. If anything is smaller on the G502 it would be the curve on the top of the mouse rather than the width or else my hand wouldn't be comfortable using this mouse after using a G700 for 3 years.
Edit: Being the curious person I am, I dug out the micrometer. So judging by the picture we'd say that the G700 is much bigger, right? The top is almost identical when comparing a straight line across from where the thumb rests over the left buttons to the other side of the mouse. A millimeter or so difference. The front of the G700 is only 3mm wider.
the only Razer thing i keep and am satisfied with it is a mouse bungee, it's way too simple, so even Razer can do it correctly except the price, but i got 50% on it from my retailer, because he didn't had a Roccat Apuri in stock instead :)
My current mouse is a Mionix Castor. I'm pretty happy with it so far, but it is a bit too light. I miss being able to weigh my mouse down.
