The premise seems good though, like an oldschool silly 80s action movie.
4uses is unreal engine 4 and it is in free development(you can download it now and play around if you wish). But I meant it's quite frustrating to see yet another ue3 based game when there is more advanced engine out there. And yeah there aren't many AAA games in the upcoming game list either(if you don't count tekken 7, street fighter V or Russian Farmer 2016(sound so bad it has to be good)):wiki.unrealengine.com/Category:Games
And no i don't like any of those other games either, i will say it's come a long way but it's never really to my liking when a games released.
I like the RV4 engine and ones like DUNE, Aurora ( old now though ) and REDEngine.
