NVIDIA Releases the GeForce 378.92 Game Ready Drivers

NVIDIA today released the GeForce 378.92 WHQL drivers. These drivers are game-ready for "Mass Effect: Andromeda," which includes optimization, GeForce Experience optimal settings, and an SLI profile. NVIDIA is recommending SLI configurations as the game engine can take advantage of it. In addition, the drivers are also game-ready for "Rockband VR." Grab the drivers from the link below.

Hopefully they'll fix that vsync issue on older games for me - it won't lock.

Had no vsync issues with old games (for example was playing Dishonored recently). Anyway, you can simply use RTSS to cap the framerate.

It could just be a corrupted install on my system causing it, it's not the first time I've seen this so I'm sure it'll blow over.

Using RTSS isn't a good option as you still get all the juddering and screen tearing. Stuff like this should always be fixed and not worked around, if possible.
