NVIDIA Computex Keynote Liveblog

NVIDIA senior exec Jeff Fisher takes centerstage to announce the company's latest gaming, datacenter, and vehicle automation. Among these are the new GeForce RTX 30-series Ti family.

05:06 UTC: NVIDIA co-designed laptops retain a technological edge. The company shows off the partnerships it's built over years:
05:07 UTC: RTX remains the leading real-time raytracing standard.
05:08 UTC: "Dying 1983" world premiere using RTX. It's a Japanese themed survival horror.
05:16 UTC: Rainbow Six Siege to get DLSS support.
05:18 UTC: Icarus and Red Dead Redemption 2 to get DLSS support.

05:20 UTC: War Thunder, Naraka Bladepoint, Crossfire HD, and Escape from Tarkov to get Reflex support.

No 3050ti desktop?

Why don't they produce a Dedicated RTX Card, just like old PhysX cards (Ageia Physx Card) ? They can sell GTX3080 etc and if you want RTX you can buy that dedicated RTX card and use it for Raytracing near your GTX3080. This could solve a lot of issues. On the other hand (i have an 1060 6gb) AMD helps me with FSR, instead of Nvidia. They showed a FSR demonstration on 1060 6gb...

This was something I picked up on too, every single person I know that I speak to face to face about GFX cards calls the Ti models "tee eye", and this chap is calling them the "tie", I suppose that's the correct way to say it, but I can't bring myself to.

Want better performance on your GTX1060? just use 720p resolution and use image sharpening, that is how FSR would look anyways :roll:.
