INNO3D Announces iChill GeForce RTX 4090 Frostbite Ultra and Frostbite Pro

INNO3D, a leading manufacturer of pioneering high-end multimedia components and innovations proudly unveiled its much-awaited INNO3D GeForce RTX 4090 Frostbite new editions in Ultra and Pro. These next-generation INNO3D graphics cards promise unparalleled performance due to their Ada architecture. The iCHILL Frostbite has significant upgrades in both aesthetics and performance.

Dating back to 1998, INNO3D was founded with the aim to develop innovative computer hardware products on a global scale. Today, INNO3D is recognized in the gaming community for our avant-garde and bold approach to design and technology. We live by the mantra of being "Brutal by Nature" in all our endeavors, ensuring that we provide you with a superior gaming experience.
iCHILL Frostbite Ultra
iCHILL Frostbite series is renowned for superior quality, impressive performance, and consistent design. The single-piece copper cooler forms the base, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and robust chrome plating, meeting top-notch quality standards. Key features include chrome-plated brass G1/4" threads.

The design's aluminium backplate complements the terminal, providing a neat look to the cooler's back. Digitally addressable RGB LEDs uniformly light the cooler. The Frostbite Ultra comes with an advanced 24+4 phase VRM design, core water block that is designed for superior cooling performance. It is overclocked for the ultimate gaming experience, and with a robust target power of 500 W (max 600 W using TUNEIT software), it ensures high-speed and efficient operation.

Technological progress is seen in the water supply and jet plate optimization. Redesigned after numerous simulations and practical tests, the jet plate features improved fin thickness and spacing, a larger cooling surface, and optimized water flow to the core components.

iCHILL Frostbite Pro
Experience superior thermal management with our compact, one-slot space-saving design, specifically tailored to enhance the computational power of your high-end workstations. The INNO3D RTX 4090 iCHILL Frostbite Pro design considerably surpasses traditional air-cooling methods in terms of cooling performance.

Designed with a single slot and boasts a 24+4 phase configuration and is crafted with a robust carbon fiber backplate. Our elite cooling solutions are not only engineered to tackle any thermal challenges, but they also stand out aesthetically, consistently winning accolades.

The use of chrome-plated copper in all water-bearing components, boasting double the thermal conductivity of aluminium, ensures resistance to acids and completely eliminates the risk of plating chipping. With added convenience features like rear port connections, included Subzero thermal paste, pre-cut thermal pads offering a conductivity of 16 W/mK, and a comprehensive compatibility list, our solutions also ensure swift installations.

More Brutal Than Ever
Our commitment to innovation and boundary-pushing is evident in the design upgrades applied to our iCHILL models. Each model is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and our resolve to remain at the forefront of the gaming industry. We take pride in the fact that our products are a reflection of our ethos - Brutal by Nature.

INNO3D continues to make amazing products through years of R&D, relentlessly pushing boundaries with innovative designs establishing ourselves as a top player in the graphics industry. INNO3D's need for perfection and brutal attitude to create the best product has meant our community of gamers stay loyal and purchase every next generation's new graphics card. This is thanks to our new graphics card's high-performance gaming, outstanding temperature control, and super quiet cooling.

INNO3D is working closely with all our partners to ensure the new INNO3D GeForce RTX 4090 Frostbite GPUs are on-shelf at all premium resellers across the region.

The Frostbite Pro (last two pics) is single-slot and has its fittings at the tail-end.

The Pro looks nice. Single slot cooling on a 4090 in that size is awesome.

Do they use the old problematic 12VHPWR or the new 12V-2x6 beta test connector ?

Seems the 1st have an aluminium backplate and the second a carbon fiber one ?
And the 2nd use chrome-plated copper in all water-bearing components ?

Just buying the regular air cooled card and the rest water block separately costs the same. So we get frostbite version without the spare air conditioning for the same price, very tricky.

All GPU cooler from us are chrome-plated since RTX 4XXX and RX 7XXX series.

And as i know, the Ultra version has higher power limits.

The Pro card is more made for single slot use, and we have a lower power limit on this card.

On the Ultra card it's set to 500W, and you can increase it to 600W in Tuneit

Yes the new connector is on these cards

No risk of causing damage since you don't have to mount a block,

Hi Dragon, I never heard of this product but seeing what it does, looking for leaks by causing a small vacuum, as long as there is flow it should work without problems.

Hi @INNO3D , my compliment for the partnership with Alphacool, theese waterblocks are amazing, but the black series with the arctic aio is nice too.
Anyway, the PCB on the Ultra is still a reference like the other Ichill 4090??? Or maybe finally something custom?
