Creative Project Alphard 1 DAC and Pebble Nova Speakers Pictured

At CES 2025, Creative showed off its next generation external streaming audio hub and DAC, the SXFI "Project Alphard 1." The unit is roughly the size of a mini PC. It takes input from a PC or Mac over USB-C, HDMI ARC from your TV or projector, Wi-Fi, and SPDIF (TOSLINK), with outputs to ARC, TOSLINK, and analog. The company also showed off its Pebble Nova desktop speakers. Compatible with USB, analog, and Bluetooth, the Pebble Nova may look like space-saving 2.0 speakers, but produce powerful stereo output with deep base. They are built on the same principles as premium Bluetooth portable speakers.

On the surface. The first picture reminds me of the Sega Saturn.

Is the Alphard 1 only ARC or is it EARC compatible?
