Ripple Mini Announced

Bei-Hai introduced its newest barebone PC named Ripple Mini in Korea market. The Ripple Mini is designed by DBNawa supports Intel Celeron M215 CPU, six USB ports, parallel port, PS/2, PCI Expansion slot, two-channel audio and enables users to assemble their own PC in 2 minutes just by adopting three components such as hard disk, memory and ODD they want. The ripple mini will retail at about 200$.

...that is CHEAP. But PCI? It would be good for offices though, small and cheap.

Celeron? nty... I've got one of those sitting in my old old rig. Dunno why those processors still exist... IMO one of the worst offerings Intel has ever created.... they advertised the CPU speed, and people bought them in droves, not realizing how seriously they crippled those processors in bus speed and cache....

Celeron, the bane of gamers everywhere... :shadedshu

edit: although, the 65nm ones were a small improvement... but still....
