This is a huge milestone for us and a big cause for celebration at Bungie and Microsoft Game Studios
This is the game we've always wanted to make and certainly the best game our studio has developed. We can't wait for gamers to get their hands on it on Sept. 25.said Harold Ryan, Studio Head at Bungie Studios.

Thanx for sharing.......I cant wait :D
One question, what do they mean it has Gone Gold??
It's finished, and has been placed on a Master Disk (several actually) to be distributed for pressing. Usually once a game is complete it is burned onto a disk that uses a gold dye for superior longevity, and is burned at 1x speed - Hence the phrase "gone gold" .
And also, YAY! :)
All hail the power of marketing gurus:respect::respect::respect:
