They are litterally 50 yards from me as I type this. I've used them and they are freakin sweet. We sent a pair to a trade show in Germany with one of our vision systems and it was definately a cool demo.
I've used the older version for standard windows surfing, DVD viewing, and with our work PC's without ANY issues. The older one has a SINGLE VGA with adapter modules for component/RCA plug/svideo/etc. You can use it just like a monitor...
They're a bit expensive though
On a side note - We found a box in the parking lot one rainy morning. It was soaked and starting to rott so we opened it. It was one of these 'headsets' it apparently fell off the UPS truck. UPS had it in their system as 'in transit' and Icuti (now Vuzix - FYI they just changed the logo on their door today) had it as shipped. Now we could have stolen it, but I do have a concience, and we gave it back :(....Anyway, these kick ass and are a lot of fun if you have a few hundred dollars laying around :laugh:
