Microsoft Releases Red Xbox 360 Next Month

Starting from next month, Microsoft's award-wining entertainment console, the Xbox 360 will be sold in red color. That's of course a limited version, created to debut along with Capcom's survival horror Resident Evil 5. The bundle will include a red Xbox 360 Elite, single wireless controller also painted in red, a 120 GB hard drive, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, exclusive Resident Evil Premium Theme, Xbox 360 black wired headset, HDTV-ready component HD AV, HDMI and Ethernet cables. All this will be yours for $399. The bundle will be available for the March 13 release of Resident Evil 5.

What happened to the black. It took me forever to get my hands on a satin black shell. Red would just make me play it even less than I do now.

Would have been better to maybe release a pack with just a red controller and some case skins/stickers and a faceplate.

Then people already with a 360 could enjoy it too. How any people will actually buy this?

Hey, just go to Decal Girl, and add your own side... It would work out a lot better, then a flipping white system!

I think the black one is still the best, though I'm happy as long as they don't do what Nintendo does and release a million colours.

It looks misplaced among the other xbox's that have been released...
terrible color imo
If it was black with splat marks of red for blood, it would be much better

When will Microsoft just put neon on their 360s? That will be awesome!

Dude, it's not pink, it's light red.

Only reason I could see the need for a 360 like this is that product red campaign. Otherwise it just looks kinda garish.
A custom paint job would have been so much better.
