pbmasterWow, that heatpipe is so freaking close to the CPU fan...
i know...i had my doubts at first but tried anyway and it worked. but i soon will be replacing the fan with the zigmatek s1284 once the 4870's arrive on newegg
p_o_s_pcw00t another person with reapers. What case it that?
this is a no-name case so i have no idea. i got this case from a friend of mine who had it sitting in his basement for years......u should have seen it before it was painted (guh)
bignokkiwhy haven't you connected all three of your harddrives?
thats my 750gb backup drive. i only plug it up to backup the data from my 250gb wd when it is full. the less that hard drive powers up the more ease of mind i have cause i got too much important data on that drive
batmangLooking good man. That ram heatpipe is soooo close to the fan! Nice and clean setup. 7/10
thankx. In a few weeks i will be replacing the fan. this was from my old build. the fan i had initially planned on using just upped and died on me (zerotherm nirvana 120mm)
I'm running my Kingston memory at 5-5-5-15 @ 1,066MHz and only pushing 2.175V to it.
EDIT: I'm sorry.... I'm not trying to sound like my shXt smells sweeter than most. I just get a kick out of memory which runs at a low voltage and fast speed; it's more efficient and usually lasts longer.

well thats just you. these reapers live up to there name cause ive used them over and over. OCZ never failed me before and these memory are well built and the cooling is excellent enough to handle there specified voltages.

x2 on the one stick of RAM?????
I guess you are the type who is certain that the dual channel architecture is over-rated.
It does kind of look like an alienware case from the front.
