The Data Center GPU Flex 140 is a professional graphics card by Intel, launched on August 24th, 2022. Built on the 6 nm process, and based on the DG2-128 graphics processor, in its ACM-G11 variant, the card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. The DG2-128 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 157 mm² and 7,200 million transistors. Data Center GPU Flex 140 combines two graphics processors to increase performance. It features 1024 shading units, 64 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs, per GPU. The card also has 8 raytracing acceleration cores. Intel has paired 12 GB GDDR6 memory with the Data Center GPU Flex 140, which are connected using a 96-bit memory interface per GPU (each GPU manages 6,144 MB). The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1600 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1950 MHz, memory is running at 1937 MHz (15.5 Gbps effective).
Being a single-slot card, the Intel Data Center GPU Flex 140 draws power from 1x 8-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 75 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x HDMI 2.1, 3x DisplayPort 2.0. Data Center GPU Flex 140 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface. The card's dimensions are 170 mm x 70 mm x 29 mm, and it features a single-slot cooling solution.
