The GRID M60-1Q was a professional graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on August 30th, 2015. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the GM204 graphics processor, the card supports DirectX 12. The GM204 graphics processor is a large chip with a die area of 398 mm² and 5,200 million transistors. It features 2048 shading units, 128 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs. NVIDIA has paired 1,024 MB GDDR5 memory with the GRID M60-1Q, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 557 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1178 MHz, memory is running at 1253 MHz (5 Gbps effective).
Being a dual-slot card, the NVIDIA GRID M60-1Q draws power from 1x 8-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 225 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. GRID M60-1Q is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 interface. The card measures 267 mm in length, and features a dual-slot cooling solution.
