Green House Releases a 128 GB SDXC Memory Card

Japanese company Green House has today introduced a new, high-capacity memory card, the GH-SDXCUA128G SDXC which offers 128 GB worth of storage space. This card makes use of MLC NAND, it has a UHS-I rating, it comes with a three-year warranty, and delivers read and write speeds of up to 60 MB/s and 40 MB/s, respectively.

Green House's 128 GB SDXC card costs 19,800 yen (~ $225).

Toshiba to Showcase SDHC Memory Card with TransferJet Wireless Transfer Technology

Toshiba Corporation will showcase a reference display of an SDHC memory card with TransferJet close proximity wireless transfer technology at the 2013 International CES, to be held from January 8 to 11, 2013, in Las Vegas, U.S.A.

The SDHC memory card on reference display will be a product under development, integrating a TransferJet transceiver IC, a coupler, an RF filter, peripheral passive parts, an SD bridge connection circuit, and Toshiba's NAND flash memory.

Toshiba to Launch a New CompactFlash Memory Card Line

Toshiba America Introduces the FlashAir SD Memory Card

Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., today announced the wireless LAN embedded SD memory card "FlashAir." The FlashAir is a standard SDHC (High Capacity) card that incorporates a wireless LAN1 chip set plus antenna for wireless communications. Green House today announced a new family of MLC-based SD memory cards, the GH-SDI-WMA. Green House Unveils Three New CFast Memory Card Series

Japanese company Green House has today announced not one but three families of industrial-grade CFast memory cards, the SLC-based GH-CFS-NSA and GH-CFS-XSA, and the MLC-based GH-CFS-NMA. All three series make use of a JMicron controller and comply with the CFast Specification v1.0.
