Introduction

I would like to thank Antec for supplying the review sample.

Antec has been steadily releasing mid-tower enclosures in recent times which are all more or less different, targeting various consumer segments. Many of those are based on a smaller set of case tooling with design, fan and accessory differences to set them apart from each other. That approach actually works well as Antec had enough foresight to utilize solid, high quality tooling to benefit from this diversification. The Antec Performance 1 FT we are reviewing here is actually their first all-new chassis in some time. On top of that, it is marketed as a full-tower, which means it is geared towards a segment which hasn't received a lot of attention from Antec for a while. Antec also mentions that the Performance 1 FT supports the RTX 40 series, so you can rest assured your new GPU will fit, without having to compare dimensions.
