Arctic Cooling sure put in the effort to build something worthwhile. The result is generally pleasing, but perhaps a bit dull in sound signature. When fed from less than ideal sources like cellphones, iPads and the likes this will still definitely appeal to a great amount of people. With the E352s you get a set of good looking in-ears with about average performance. The sound quality is not a bottleneck when powered by an average Joe source. For the audiophile listener they are simply not good enough, but then again there is hardly anything in the sub $50 range that will satisfy the needs of such a listener.
Bassheads will certainly find the signature to their liking, it has boatloads of bass and even though it is not that controlled or extended it will probably be sufficient for a normal bass oriented listener.
