The ASRock X299 OC Formula has a BIOS built for overclocking, but it follows ASRock's traditional UEFI BIOS layout, so finding what you need is pretty easy, whether you're a seasoned overclocker or a hobbyist. The plethora of options offered here are enough to get you to where you need to go, but how you might want to make use of the automatic settings to get the clocks you are looking for is not exactly obvious. If you're not familiar with all these options and do something, like trying to simply set voltages and a multi and bam, you're done, you'll end up leaving a lot on the plate, and you just might have a slightly frustrating experience. However, if you make use of the few pre-defined profiles for pushing the limits of the CPU you have thrown into the socket, you'll have much better luck at getting things running smoothly. I do wish more memory profiling would have been built into the BIOS like there is for CPU overclocking when you use an i9-7900X CPU, however.
