Board Software

The software included with the ASRock X299 PROFESSIONAL GAMING i9 XE is the same as you'll find for any ASRock motherboard today. You get ASRock's APP Shop software to fill out the functionality and offer optional software along with BIOS and software updates (if such are available). As I spent time with the ASRock X299 PROFESSIONAL GAMING i9 XE, a BIOS update did appear here, and using the provided software to update it made it effortless to remain up to date.


You do also get LED and audio setting control panels installed off the disc, which will make that first-time set-up of your system that much easier.
