The ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 features a 10 phase VRM in a (4 x 2) + 2 configuration.

The Intersil ISL69138 PWM controller supports a maximum of seven phases in various configurations. In order to achieve 10 phases, ASRock has used four Intersil ISL6617A doublers located on the back of the board.

For each of the eight Vcore phases, the ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 has a Sic634 power stage from Vishay, while the two iGPU phases feature Vishay SiC632A power stages. Both models are rated for fifty amps of continuous output.

While not ridiculously overbuilt, the overall VRM package is more than adequate for regular overclocking.
