CPU PWM:Intersil ISL95712
Power Stages: Vcore high side MOSFET: Sinopower SM4377
Vcore low side MOSFET: Sinopower SM4364A (x2)
SOC high side MOSFET: Sinopower SM4377
SOC low side MOSFET: Sinopower SM4364A

The Biostar Racing X570GT features a 7 phase VRM in a 4 + 3 configuration. This configuration is common on boards targeting the APU market, with more emphasis on the SOC VRM. This is an odd choice for X570, though, as no Zen 2 APUs are currently available.

The Intersil ISL95712 PWM controller supports a maximum of seven phases in various configurations, so no doublers are necessary.

The Biostar Racing X570GT uses discrete MOSFETs and drivers rather than integrated smart power stages. For the high side MOSFETs, Biostar is using Sinopower SM4377s on all 7 phases; for the low side MOSFETs Sinopower SM4364A are used—two for each Vcore phase (providing greater current-handling capability) and one for each SOC stage.

This lower-cost solution is far less efficient, and I would be cautious about using the highest-end Ryzen CPUs on this board, but these components are rated for up to 150 C. I will reserve final judgment for the thermal testing.
