The Cooltek W1 may cost a bit more then the Elephant in the room - the BitFenix Prodigy Mini-ITX. But considering it offers a much better balance of compatibility and vastly greater construction quality, the 15-20 euros extra are certainly justified. With that out of the way, the W1 can not only handle long PSUs, but also the largest single-tower coolers and biggest graphics card. The mixture of four 3.5" and two 2.5" drives should also satisfy even those who want to build a home server. While it is not as LAN-party friendly as some other cases out there, that crowd will usually go for much more flashy enclosures anyways. It is really difficult to find anything wrong with the Cooltek W1 as the quality is great, the level of detail to ensure the best user experience is apparent, and the materials are spot on. So there is nothing else to be said besides this: If you are looking for a case of this form factor, but want to avoid the plastic bombers out there, do not need any fancy color choices, and just want something that could be both gaming rig and HTPC, the Cooltek W1 should be at the very top of your short list.
