Corsair advertises the Graphite 780T as the direct successor to the 600T. When looking at the interior, it becomes apparent that the chassis is an evolution of its predecessor, with an identical price tag at release. With the internal evolution come numerous advantages. These include the greater liquid-cooling capability, even more space behind the motherboard tray, and its dust filters on all sides. The Graphite 780T also comes with the same nice touches we have seen in the 380T—including the backlight-equipped I/O labels on top and the menacing look. Corsair made sure you still get the same expandability for hard-drives, sans the fourth 2.5" drive bay, while slightly improving the design in the rear by allowing you to adjust the vertical position of the exhaust fan. All in all, the Corsair Graphite 780T is a worthy heir to the 600T. It should, however, be mentioned that the Corsair 750D, already an interesting alternative to those who do not appreciate such an extravagant look, may also appeal to anyone eying the Graphite 780T. It may not have all the extra features, but clocks in at around 40 US dollars less.
