Like past Crucial sticks I've reviewed recently, the Crucial Ballistix Sport VLP 16 GB kit showed up in a rather plain plastic clamshell with the sticks clearly visible through the front, while the rear only relays some basic information.


The clamshell comes properly sealed from the factory, so you know you are the first to play with these sticks when you get them in retail shops, but this also prevents the clamshell from being re-used effectively since it pops open easily once you have broken the seals. Different from the inner tray that came with the Crucial Ballistix Spot XT kit I reviewed a short time ago, the tray inside this package perfectly fits these sticks.
