Func HS-260 Gaming Headset Review
Value and Conclusion
- The Func HS-260 sells for €74.50.
- Light weight
- Extremely comfortable
- Good microphone
- Good volume control
- Two sets of pads included
- Good changeable cable solution
- Good neutral looks
- Price/performance ratio not as good as others in the same range, in terms of audio
- Does not seem as durable as the competition
Func's newest addition to their gaming product line-up is a bit of a hit and miss. Comfort is great, and they nailed this headset's clamping force, but at a cost in the sonic performance department. The sound quality of the HS-260s is not quite on-par with the competition in the same price range, which is a shame. The Func HS-260s are generally well-made, but do not seem quite as bomb-proof as the CM Storm Sonuz or QPAD QH-90s. It seems as thought Func focused more on comfort than on durability here, which is, to an extend, a good choice.
