Packaging

The Model 5 ships in a plain cardboard box with the logo of the company logo on one side and a massive model branding on the other. A sticker lets you know which variant of the chassis you will find inside the package. On one side, there is a specification table, while the other just has the usual sticker with the bar codes on it.


The case is held in place by two compact but functional Styrofoam spacers. A plastic bag further protects the Geometric Future 5 from scratches and fingerprints.

You get a resealable pouch alongside the chassis, which contains plenty of Velcro straps, some spare parts and an abundance of screws. It is nice to see that Geometric Future has opted to upgrade the usual zip ties to Velcro straps instead. Lastly, a detailed manual is also included, which will come in handy as the chassis is pretty unique in many ways.
