The performance numbers are for RTX 4060 at 4K, with upscaling and all distracting effects disabled. We intentionally picked a slower card, to see better FPS scaling between the different settings. With an RTX 4090, the game would be CPU limited and run at ~140 FPS at all settings and resolutions.
