Looking through the glass top once everything is in place and each system has been turned on makes for a pretty cool view. It may be quite nerdy to have two PCs clearly visible under the hood, but that is the whole point of the DK-02X—to show off. The ITX unit does end up looking quite full due to all the cables, its tubes and liquid-cooling system, which adds to the overall look and feel.
On the right and with a bit more real estate, the ATX system does look a bit more open, but this is also due to the extremely clean build within, as all the cables have been bunched up as nicely as possible.
Open the drawer and the DK-02X just looks menacing. As you may have noticed, I made a point of not opening the drawer all the way as the whole table would have fallen forward otherwise. You will really need a heavy monitor arm to offset the weight of two systems within the DK-02X. You can still see all the major components when the drawer is closed, and the aluminum frame underneath the tinted glass top will also hide all the unsightly cables away nicely.
Both systems have a single blue LED to let you know whether they are turned on, and a red LED embedded right next to these will also flicker on and off as there is hard-drive activity.
You may use one of the aforementioned openings in the rear to connect monitors to these systems. The covers can be removed completely or offset a bit to allow for just enough room. As there are three such openings, you should be fine regardless of where you want to place your displays on top of the glass table. My 24'' monitor does look a bit lonely as it would make more sense to have at least two displays; one for each system. The keyboard and mouse fit perfectly onto the tray in front, but the whole setup would not make for a very comfortable work space. You are also hard-pressed to slide your seat below the table due to the PCs—especially with the tray in front, which also results in the monitors being really far away. Sure, if you were to use monitor arms and multiple hovering displays, they'd be closer, but it would still take some getting used to.
