Software

If you connect the MSI Oculux NXG251R to your PC with the supplied USB 3.1 upstream cable, you'll be able to use the Mystic Light software to adjust the colors and RGB effects of the angled LED strip behind the monitor, and turn off the white backlight of the MSI and NVIDIA G-Sync logo. The LED strip has seven individually addressable RGB LEDs, and seven different effects are available. Don't get me wrong, while nice options to have, these are rendered completely irrelevant due to the LED strip not being large or bright enough to properly illuminate the wall behind the monitor. Because of that, I wouldn't really bother installing the Mystic Light app, or I'd do it only to disable the illumination of the MSI and G-Sync logos. The LED strip can be deactivated in the OSD.
