Shape
The shape of the Kone EMP is the exact same as the Kone XTD, however with this iteration Roccat has gotten rid of the weight tuning feature. And rightly so in my opinion, as the mouse is already on the heavy side and well balanced, there should be no need to install extra weights.
Weight: 116 g
Height: ~42 mm
Width: ~75 mm
Width at grip area: ~63 mm
Length: ~135 mm
Number of buttons: 9 (including two tilt buttons)
The shape feels very good to my hand for a palm grip and the surface of the mouse supports the good grip I get because it sticks to my hand easily without being uncomfortable. I did not test the previous Kone XTD models, only the Kone Pure Optical which had a very slippery surface for my dry hands. The Kone EMP is definitely a step up in terms of surface here.
Above you can see how I hold the mouse. In this grip the mouse is very comfortable, I gave it a good run in Overwatch to try the comfort level and was very satisfied with the shape.

Actual weight
Note: I was trying to exclude the weight of the cable, if I let the cable just sit there it's 116g, so matching Roccat's official specs.
The weight is the big downside of the Kone EMP for me, because I really prefer light-weight mice. Compared to my Logitech G Pro (83g) or the more similar G403 (84g without weight door and magnets) it feels really heavy. It's still ok to use because the weight is distributed very evenly and it's quite large in general. But if this mouse was more in the 90-100g range I'd be a lot happier with it.
I know that weight is personal preference, so I don't hold it against the Kone EMP too much, but if you are like me and prefer light mice be aware this one is rather heavy.
