NVIDIA Rolls Out the GeForce 331.65 WHQL Graphics Driver

NVIDIA today made available a new and WHQL-certified graphics driver, the GeForce 331.65. This release is claimed to deliver the 'best possible gaming experience in Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts' and comes with GeForce Experience v1.7 which offers support for both NVIDIA GameStream (allows users to stream PC games from their GeForce GTX-equipped PC directly to a SHIELD device) and for GeForce ShadowPlay (game capture tool, currently in beta).

The GeForce 331.65 WHQL supports GeForce 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 Series cards.

Well for me it hasn't updated Geforce Experience, just the driver, but i couldn't use the new features anyways with a 5 series card

+3 fps here, +5 fps there, while they have people screaming in agony for 6 months now (since 314.22) over serious TDR, freeze and lock-ups with 4xx and 5xx series. Nvidia seems to be losing it, tbh... It's just sad.

What in the fuck are you talking about? TDR has been fixed since like 3 driver releases ago.

Not to mention they are continually increasing performance of their cards in new games for every release.

The very same "fuck" I could also talk "into"? Did you actually had the problem and got it fixed by a driver 3 versions ago? I'm still having it with anything newer than 314.22 (including this one) with two systems running two different Fermi cards.

What's TDR? I'm on 331.58 and only issue i have is my overclock isn't bench stable at 1202 anymore.

Other than that on a single Titan everything is fine.

So Shadowplay doesn't work with Fermi. What a crock. There are Fermi GPUs that were rehashed for Kepler in the 600s.

Go here ,check out any of the driver release posts , if you read all post you get a feeling to not even install them . Plenty of people have various issues .

forums.geforce.com/default/board/33/

Note on TDR , you can get a reset of driver and not even know it . check event log for any Nvidia related errors . you might find bunch of event 14 and yet system seems fine .
There working on releasing a debug driver so they can get more info from those with issues (freezing, TDR etc ) .

But the requirements only list 600 series and up. Not all 600 series were Kepler.

AFAIK, the issue doesn't affects Kepler cards.

ui.: Weird, but I'm subscribed and did not receive any email about this thread.
