Jack1nDat bazel.
You can see the real bezel in any of the angle shots. Am I the only one that thinks the "under-screen bezel" is a terrible trend, and looks terrible when the screen is on.

Never had a screen with no nearly no bezel so I can't say anything about when its on, but I'm here to say we don't need any more 1080p 27", there are tons of these of the market, while in 1440p and 1600p (30") market we are limited to 2-3 proper choices when it comes to a quality display that won't be plagued by one of the few common issues all these high res monitors seem to have (backlight bleed, bad uniformity, pwm flicker, lack of good contrast etc).

I hear what you are saying.

I kind of agree but I also think many such irritations and distractions are 99% mental. I can choose to see it as a problem or not. If not then I don't even see it at all.

The edge to edge glass that hides the bezel is nice. I do think it would look better if it were completely edge to edge without the bottom bezel protrusion. I half suspect companies like to do this so they have a place to put their logo,....so they sacrifice esthetics and good judgment,.....

Personally I would find a bright power LED on the face of a monitor a good deal more distracting but again such things are ~99% mental,....
