Arctic Announces the Freezer 33 Penta CPU Cooler

Arctic is pleased to present its new Freezer 33 PENTA, which is not only visually convincing with its titanium black heat sink and the 120 mm PENTA-style fan, but also delivers a strong cooling performance. We designed this special Freezer in close collaboration with our German eSports partner PENTA Sports.

The sophisticated fan controller allows passive cooling of the CPU during simple applications. If a higher cooling performance is needed for gaming, the F12 PWM fan starts up at a PWM signal with 40 % pulse width. This saves energy, extends the service life, makes the cooler at low load completely silent and delivers high performance for gaming.
The Freezer 33 PENTA is compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Its off-centered heat pipes disperse the heat more efficiently than centered ones. Also, the layout of the 49 aluminium fins creates micro vortices that boost the airflow and circulate it around the heatpipes. Thanks to the award winning cooling performance, the Freezer 33 PENTA is the perfect gadget for PC enthusiasts and gamers looking for an efficient and attractive solution for the CPU cooling.

Main Facts
  • PENTA style with titanium black heatsink
  • Compatible with Intel & AMD socket
  • Passive Operation up to 40 % PWM
  • Offset heat pipes ensure optimal heat dissipation
  • Anti-vibration rubbers for quiet operation
The Freezer 33 PENTA is available in the ARCTIC-Webshop at a price of £ 41.99/ 45,99 € MSRP. For more information, visit the product page.

Looks very nice. Shouldn't be much better than the already great freezer i32, for what, almost half the price

And like me, you were dissapointed. Noctua did something similar with their fans, but at least they didn't pretend they were actually new fans!

Looks like something Xigmatek would release, not that it's a bad thing or anything.

Unusual color choice. I'm used to their trademark-ish black and white... Nice HDT though. It's almost perfectly flat. Some have really ugly gaps between plate and heatpipes or even between heatpipes.
