Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed, Will Hit Platforms October 26th 2018
Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption 2 has just seen an announced delay on its launch window. Previously slated for a Spring 2018 release, the sequel to Rockstar's famed, highly successful western Red Dead Redemption thus sees a push back from its previously planned calendar release. Gamers who expected to pick up a game that might tide them over through the summer now see their options reduced - tangibly so.
In a blog post this morning, Rockstar attributed the decision towards a "more polish is needed" scenario, which really isn't all that unexpected, considering the scale the game is expected to have. Release dates were something sacred, back in the days; not so much nowadays, as the general consensus seems to be that it's better late and working, than now and broken. To somewhat mend users' broken hearts, Rockstar also released some screenshots alongside the announcement, as if taunting players with that which they now know will take them longer to experience.

But better wait on something great than do as ubisoft is so good at: releasing what feels like unfinished games full of bugs to great annoyment for us end users.
But still october feels like a long time for something i have waited for since red 2 first got published.
Its not even PS4P and XBOXOX. That's second wave. We're getting the last pass with this one
Full GTA V-like nightmare again. F'ing snakes
I hope it sells well and Rockstar is convinced they should remaster the older ones. Because they want to focus on consoles to pass Microsoft/Sony validation before focusing on the PC port which only has to pass their own validations. Trying to make the game run smoothly on as many hardware combinations as possible while hardening the online elements against cheaters is much more difficult.
Indie developers tend to start with PC because they can cheaply get feedback from alphas and betas. AAA publishers tend to start with consoles because they don't want public feedback because it derails the marketing hypetrain.
Yes, I'm calling it RDR3. It went - Red Dead Revolver(RDR) - Red Dead Redemption(RED1) - Red Dead Redemption 2(RED2).
If we it call it RDR2 that's just saying RED1 to me or either a game that never existed which is just really RED1, the 2nd game.
I see RED2 as Redemption 2.
But you can bet that they will launch it after a year or so and get hold of yet another batch of millions of sales.
Well in to but has to many kids\people who want to be just assholes than help the community. Which is some thing Rockstar don't seem to care about as they are making millions doing it.
Judging Rockstar's past that would mean that the game is gonna be lit.
