AQIRYS Announces Great Annihilator ALPHA Gaming Mouse

AQIRYS, the trending Romanian gaming brand, announces the launch of the most advanced gaming mouse in its portfolio, T.G.A. ALPHA. The model announced today is aimed at all those looking for a wireless gaming experience with pro-grade e-sports performance level accompanied by exceptional possibilities for out-of-the-box customization and joins the series of The Great Annihilator high-end mice.

Named after one of the rarest objects in space, The Great Annihilator mouse (aka T.G.A.) in its ALPHA expression packs the same impressive array of features and next-gen precision as the award-winning archetype. But this time in an incredible ultra-lightweight 65 grams design and with a significant boost in customization options to better fit your gaming style.
Make it yours! - the standard package includes a remarkable range of accessories for instant customization of the mouse in terms of looks, ergonomics, and functionality.
  • Looks - interchangeable modules for the main buttons and the palm rest in four colors (black, white, blue, pink), plus two USB paracords (black and white) for charging and wired mode use;
  • Ergonomics - for each color are included two interchangeable modules with two profiles for the palm rest (high and low height) and with two distinct designs (solid and perforated), plus two sets of add-on grips for the main buttons and the sides;
  • Functionality - 16 spacers of different thicknesses to fine-tune the left-right buttons click-feedback, plus an additional set of PTFE pads.
Lighter means faster! That is why we have reduced T.G.A. ALPHA's weight to an unbelievable low 65 grams, and we've coupled it with an all-grip symmetric right-handed design, reducing the strain on the wrist and promoting hyper-fast and precise movements.

Precision and accuracy are delivered by embedding a state-of-the-art 19000 dpi optical sensor engineered by the world's leading manufacturer and using mechanical switches rated for long-lasting 80 million clicks button performance.

The latest gaming-grade 2.4 GHz wireless technology lets you unleash your skills with no delay at a 1000 Hz polling rate and 1 ms response time. An included extension adapter allows you to seamlessly switch between wireless and wired (charging) modes for non-stop gaming action.

A full-RGB dynamic illumination system sparks life into T.G.A. ALPHA's looks. The AQIRYS mouse software allows in-depth customization of all the essential features and saves the preferences on the onboard memory, so you can game freely, wherever you may roam.

The AQIRYS T.G.A. ALPHA mouse is now available at shop.aqirys.com with an MSRP of 89.99€.

One of the worst designs I've seen.
White: will get dirty too fast and look horrible.
Holes ? Seriously ?

Holes are the best thing ever, don’t you know? Glorious (amongst orhers) seem to sell quite a few.

I reckon anyone that thinks they’re a good idea hasn’t used a mouse for long enough or doesn’t care about oils, hair, crumbs and dust getting inside and requiring dismantling to clean off the PCB. Absolutely stupid idea imo.

I don’t mind holes (I don’t eat at my computer), and curious about the wireless quality and battery life at 65g.

....aaand there we have the proof that skeletal mice with holes to let all the dust and sweat into your mouse are now purely cosmetic considerations.

I wonder what the weight difference between the solid and skeletal panels is. My guess is about 1 gram, maaaaybe 2.

I guess if you like mice that require disassembly to clean properly and dig the honeycomb looks, then sure, whatever floats your boat....

Dunno, but my Xtrfy M42 is all sorts of awesome and the holes are part of that impression. For weight its definitely already disproved that it matters, yes, and not every swiss cheese mouse is similar in how rigid the shell is - the same goes for mice with closed shells. I would say the first, most important aspect of a mouse is the shape/size, before the presence of holes.

It really does help a bit with sweaty palms and just overall 'lighter grip'. The longer I use this mouse, the more relaxed I seem to get on the mouse arm/hand. Strange, but true. In prolonged sesssions I tend not towards tighter grips, but the opposite.

As for dust and sweat... have yet to encounter an issue, I'm 7 months in I believe.

And I do eat/drink at my PC, and dust is a thing here on this attic.
