NVIDIA GeForce 526.47 WHQL Game Ready Drivers Released

NVIDIA today released the latest version of its GeForce Game Ready drivers. Version 526.47 WHQL adds support for two new GPUs, namely the GeForce RTX 3060 8 GB, and the RTX 3060 Ti GDDR6X, the two SKUs NVIDIA launched to improve its standing against the RX 6650 XT, RX 6600, and Arc 7-series. Among the game optimizations with this release are for "Sackboy: A Big Adventure," "Victoria 3," "WRC Generations," and DLSS 3 frame-generation support in F1 22. Among the handful issues fixed with this release are game map corruption in "Cyberpunk 2077," a crash and reboot issue noticed with the Dell XPS 9560; lower performance noticed in Minecraft Java Edition; the 165 Hz refresh-rate option not being available with Samsung Odyssey Ark monitors; GeForce Experience selecting the wrong display-head with Shadowplay; and certain online video artifacting noticed with NVIDIA Image Scaling enabled.

522.25 is still the best driver they have released IMO (except for the weird Cyberpunk menu glitch).
Will wait for your feedback :)

That has nothing to do with the driver. Apparently the poor build quality of the nvidia supplied connector is to be blamed.

Yes, sorry. I missed the /s tag again. I though it was implied. :D

Just wait for a 3rd party to do nvidia's job for free.

The problems I had with AC-Valhalla (Screen flashing) is gone, and Cyberpunk 2077 also seems to be working well now..

When games like Victoria III require an optimized driver you know something strange is happening. Guess Paradox Interactive was happy to get money from nVIDIA or vice versa. Both greedy companies. By my - far to many hour long - experience with Paradox Interactive strategy games even the best driver will not provide good FPS at the end, because most of their games are limited by their inhouse engine and mid to late game CPU bottlenecking.

I was coming here to say the same thing. WCCFTECH has some really bad news on more plug mishaps...

Well, of course where there is smoke, there is fire! Pun intended.

It's Note 7 all over again. Let's see who is nvidia going to sacrifice to save its face now?

The issue is real, but that's despite WCCFs wonderful shit-tier reporting and fabrications, not because of. I wouldn't believe a single thing they utter.

The shit-nami is now almost at its peak. At this point we might as well just ride it for the lulz.
Luckily for ngreedia consumers have really short memory.

Believe it or not, its has happened and is happening. Apparently, Igorslab.de has done some real in depth analysis on to what the real problem is and it looks like build quality at the solder points where they break and additional pressure on the other wires (at least how I understand it).

Yeah, I said that. That's despite WCCFTech completely making it up and just happening to guess correctly. Even a broken clock can be right twice a day, as they say. It should not be taken as reliable for that fact though.

... How? How do they break so many things

Update: can confirm the bug has been squashed for Cyberpunk 2077. Performance is more or less the same.

It's doing this even when I don't have latency mode set in NCP and run a game with reflex. And it's not returning to idle even after I switch off my psu and boot up again.

Almost completing the game with rollercoaster frame rates on 522.25. Heard a ray tracing update is on the way and I honestly think this game doesn't need it!
