This Week in Gaming (Week 10)

This is technically the first full week of game releases in March, but outside of a single AA title—which is technically a remake of a 2008 release—this week's releases are mostly lowkey games. We do at least have a good mix of games to look forward to, ranging from strategy and simulations to adventure and horror, even if they're not from big developers or publishers.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse / This week's AA title / Thursday 9 March
A group of children mysteriously disappeared during a festival on Rogetsu Isle. Although they were found, they had lost their memories. Now they have returned to the island as teenagers. The girls rely on the Camera Obscura, a camera with the power to capture and seal away unthinkable horrors, and the faint beam of their flashlight while exploring various locations and fending off the ghosts that attack them as they attempt to discover the truth of their haunting past.
Citizens: Far Lands - Prologue/ Monday 6 March
Build, strategize, and conquer with Citizens: Prologue - the free city-building and puzzler game for strategy masterminds! Extract resources, manage your population, and build the ultimate settlement. Ready to take on the challenge?
Hotel Renovator / Tuesday 7 March
Unleash your inner designer and renovate the hotel of your dreams! Embark on a makeover journey to turn this worn-out place into a successful getaway. Play with thousands of furniture pieces and accessories, and manage the hotel to get 5-star reviews! Play the way you want, share your best creations with the community and find inspiration from other renovators.
Contraband Police / Wednesday 8 March
The year is 1981, and as a young officer trainee, you are assigned to work at a border post in the mountainous region of Karikatka. Entry into the Acarist People's Republic is strictly regulated by the party and your every move is monitored! The situation at the border escalates when your comrade is killed during one of the interventions.
Clash: Artifacts of Chaos / Thursday 9 March
You play as Pseudo, a master of martial arts who lives as a recluse in the strange land of Zenozoik. When you cross paths with the Boy, a small creature whose mysterious powers have attracted the attention of Gemini, the Mistress of the Artifacts, you decide to protect him, unaware that much greater forces are involved.
Bleak Faith: Forsaken / Friday 10 March
Explore the last remnants of civilization in this vast, unforgiving, and interconnected world. Learn what is left of its history. Discover pockets of natural life in the perpetually expanding Omnistructure. Lose yourself in a journey unlike any other. Find your purpose in the world.

Yes ! Fatal Frame (Project Zero) is on PC !
I believed it was a Nintendo property now since the 4th episode (this one), the 5th and the spinoff "Spirit Camera" (one 3DS) were only on Nintendo machines, but I was wrong.
Let's cross the fingers for a remaster / remake of the 5th episode !

Has anyone mentioned the most worthy deal in PC Gaming this week. It is on Humble and is a campaign to help the victims of the Earthquakes in Turey and Syria. For $40 Canadian you get $1000 worth of Steam Games. The cause is great and the reward is crazy please check it out and if you can help out!

Calling Fatal Frame a AAA title is a bit of a stretch, I'd say. :p
