Bethesda Softworks Releases Redfall Official Story Trailer

What is happening in Redfall? Where did the vampires come from? Uncover the mysteries of Redfall as you explore the island. Delve into the dark history of the sinister company that created the monsters stalking the streets and face off against the terrifyingly powerful vampires that some survivors worship as gods.

There's a lot more to the charming island of Redfall than meets the eye. The scientists at Aevum HQ have been working on something world-shattering. People are going missing; there are dead bodies and blood everywhere; the sun has been eclipsed; and vampires rule the town.
Were the vampires just an experiment gone horribly wrong or something far more disturbing? Who are the vampire gods? The only thing to know for sure is that everything is going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better.

Redfall arrives exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 2, 2023. Pre-order now or play with Game Pass for exclusive content - visit Redfall.com to check it out.

looks boring. i am so sick of these re-hashed games, vampires, ooo wow, neat...not. so boring. be creative for a change.

pick any of these best selling sci-fi or fantasy novels and give us a game on that instead, Mistborn series comes to mind. lots of unique combat systems in that book series.

I'm tired of mass market cartoonish looking games that only look so cartoonish so they can sell in China.

I would like someone to reattempt the Thing as a game. Last game was pretty good. With newer tech and engines, it could be horrifying and extremely tense not knowing who is the alien cell.

Vampires were never really interesting as some outbreak creatures. Zombies were. Vampires? Not so much.

And unfortunately most or all games based around Cthulhu has been shit besides Bethesdas Call of Cthulhu which was decent.

This game is strange. They are vampires but carry guns.

Well its a looter shooter game partially so thats why the guns I assume.
Personally I'm kind of tired of zombies even more than vampires so eh, also vampires are kind of new in the looter shooter genre type of games. 'As a fan of the genre I've played most of them'

The Thing could be indeed pretty sick with some modern engine/properly developed, also for what its worth I've kinda liked the 2018 Call of Cthulhu.

I never played the 2018 CoC

Zombies are indeed over done but dead island 2 looks to be doing the Return of the living dead style of zombies so that looks kinda cool.

While the vampire genre isn't overdone at all in games, it just doesn't really sit well with me as a looters shooter. Doesn't make sense.

Doesnt feel like there is a story at all. Just some level assets zoom-ins and some generic trailer narration?
Co-op pew pew game.

The studio that is behind DeathLoop that left this title broken for weeks (months) at launch and its post-launch support was pretty much MIA before addressing in major issues and after only a couple of soft patches later, DL is still mostly broken today.

Without any thought, this title is a super pass or any future titles from Arkane or Bethesda (yes, that even means... screw Skyrim in space... Starfield).

I'm a huge Arkane fan but this looks cringe
