PNY Intros GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Verto White Edition

PNY today rolled out the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Verto White Edition (model: VCG4070T12TFWXPB1). A variant of the RTX 4070 Ti Verto Triple Fan that the company debuted its RTX 4070 Ti series with; the Verto White Edition sees the cooler shroud, backplate, and the impellers of the three fans in matte white. There are no RGB diffusers near those X-shaped grooves surrounding the middle fan. The underlying PCB is still black. The card is 30.51 cm long, 11.9 cm tall, and exactly 3 slots thick. PNY has given the RTX 4070 Ti Verto White Edition NVIDIA-reference clock speeds for the GPU, with a boost frequency of 2610 MHz, and an untouched 21 Gbps GDDR6X memory speed. The company didn't reveal pricing.

ho humm...

Yet anutha case of false/deceptive advertising IMHO, because the ONLY thing that is "White" are the fans, shroud & backplate (and even those have black logos & lettering)..... the heatsink fins, pcb & pcie bracket are NOT, so why they do they insist on calling it the "White Edition" ?

I had a PNY a long time ago, worked fine but could not sell it to save my life, no one wanted it.

I had no idea a [blood] quantum of white was necessary to have full status, eh?

The only issue I see with the product is its overly thick cooler.

Maybe it'll only count as 3/5ths of a GPU in the Steam Hardware Survey...
