NVIDIA to Launch RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB on May 24th and AMD Radeon RX 7600 Comes on May 25th

A more detailed launch schedule for both the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 lineup and AMD Radeon RX 7600 has now surfaced online, suggesting that NVIDIA could launch the first RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB on May 24th, a day before the AMD Radeon RX 7600, making it a rather busy week for reviewers.

Videocardz managed to confirm that NVIDIA plans to announce all three RTX 4060 series SKUs in mid-May, but only the RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB will actually launch in May. The current schedule puts the RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB for the second half of July, and the RTX 4060 8 GB for the first half of July. Interestingly, the rumored date for AMD Radeon RX 7600 8 GB graphics card is set for May 25th, just a day after NVIDIA's scheduled launch. Of course, these dates are not carved in stone and both AMD and NVIDIA could easily change them. Hopefully, we'll hear more as we draw closer to the end of this month.

Every day it gets more confusing the 4070 only have 12gb... this huge difference in memory between two versions is also weird...

Don't expect a battle here. One product is to be aimed at a more premium market, while the other is goin to try its luck in a more affordable segment.

I know he does, I would, too.
Yet having to put your life on hold for a few days at intervals you cannot control can't be on the enjoyable side of the job.

Battle of Agincourt - Ryzen 7600 holds off the numerically more powerful 4060 ti!!! @W1zzard this 100% should be the name, but only if AMD can match Nvidia in half the games in raster at 1080p lol

Idk, I could see these priced $100 apart, targeting different performance segments. That's why I'm eagerly awaiting the reviews.

It's not really weird. You can't really do small steps with VRAM unless you modify the GPU to change the bus width.

No dumber than Nvidia putting out a 3070 with 8GB and the 3060 with 12GB. They do odd stuff.

I don't think a Ryzen 7600 is gonna win many battles in graphics performance.

It's a price vs performance battle, as usual

No offence to their owners but the peasant level cards are 500-/50- series. These 7600 and 4060 are gonna cost what, $350+? This is firmly in the city slicker territory. Banana Republic vs Lacoste ass cards.

7600 is rumoured to cost around $250. Take it with as much salt as you'd like.

Ours is not to reason why,
Ours is just to buy, buy, buy.

........or so Huang thinks of consumers but there are plenty of people on tech sites like this one that know that some of the things Nvidia does is just BS.

Low-end is x30 to x50. They can call it whatever they want, $450 is definitely not low-end.

RYZEN 7600 I would assume to have the 2CU iGPU...

Radeon 7600, now...

I would assume it targets the 4060 non-ti level of performance.
