NVIDIA Giving Away Jensen Huang Signed RTX 4080 SUPER FE Cards

NVIDIA's presence at CES 2024 has focused mainly on the introduction of new GeForce RTX 40-series SUPER graphics cards—TPU spent some quality time over at Team Green's Las Vegas Convention Center booth where a plethora of the latest Ada Lovelace gaming products were on display. To coincide with this event, interested punters on social media or in-person can enter a competition—NVIDIA is giving away two Founders Edition GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics cards (valued at $999 per unit) with something extra courtesy of the technology company's esteemed CEO.

The competition page states: "We have two Founders Edition GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics cards signed by NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, that we're giving away, one for our social channels and one for CES attendees. The first chance to win is by following our GeForce social channels on X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and by looking for key prompts and instructions (please check the complete set of rules for the giveaway here)."
TPU staff and community members on the ground in Las Vegas this week will be getting another chance to win a very special Jensen Huang "signature" edition card: "If you're attending CES 2024, you'll have a second chance to win a signed GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, plus $500 in STEAM gift cards by visiting participating partner booths on the show floor, and scanning the nearby QR code that directs to the entry form. Public QR codes are located at GIGABYTE (North Hall #9637) and Razer's (Central Hall #15054) stands. Visitors to ACER, ASUS, HP, and MSI's invite-only meeting rooms can also partake in the giveaway. Full details can be found in the terms and conditions. Good luck to all!"

Maybe this 4080 will sell better for them. Certainly trying with the release of the super dooper signed versions!

Seriously, a whole $2k worth of freebies.......that's really all they can afford, like wth ?????????

I guess that means Mr. Huang will just have to wait a few more hours or so before getting his next new Jacket, oh my, how painful that must be :D

The way I look at is, if you win, then it is a double win.

You can send the card to a forensic lab, get them to scrub the unit for any leather particles. Then get it examined by A.I. and watch the reaction :)

Or sell the particles to build you're very own A.I .box :kookoo:

If I won, I'd get a new shroud and throw the signed one away.

I was thinking these two cards will have some extra value on ebay as collector's editions. One of a kind basically.

Is it actually signed by him, or is it an engraving? Or did an intern sign it?

Strictly speaking, that would affect value.

Either way - yes, free cards are always nice. Don't want it? Sell it.

Holy crap, we can build a digital Jensen this way

Someone needs to preserve these cards, for science

Pfff I would install an AMD shroud on it and ritually burn the signed one and then make a Youtube and Reddit about it. Ha!

Not when there is only 1 year or less to the 50x0 series launch. And 1000$ with no taxes, still way to much for what it's worth.
Especially when even the 4090 card sucks big time when enabling the Ray Tracing features, so....

It's not the prize it's the silly hoops that are the issue.

Who in their right mind thought it would be good PR to give a free card to someone attending CES.

The other free card, given all the silly loops they making people jump through they probably should be giving away 100 or more to make it even barely worth it.
