The Intel Atom x3-3205RK was a mobile processor with 4 cores, launched in March 2015. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the SoFIA architecture with . Atom x3-3205RK has 2 MB of L2 cache and operates at 1200 MHz. Intel is building the Atom x3-3205RK on a 28 nm production process, the transistor count is unknown. The silicon die of the chip is not fabricated at Intel, but at the foundry of TSMC. The multiplier is locked on Atom x3-3205RK, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 2 W, the Atom x3-3205RK consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 and DDR3 memory with a single-channel interface. The highest officially supported memory speed is 1333 MT/s, but with overclocking (and the right memory modules) you can go even higher. This processor features the Mali-450 MP4 integrated graphics solution.
"Silvermontt" cores arranged in dual-core modules.
24KB L1 data cache and 32KB L1 instruction cache per core.
1MB L2 cache shared per two cores (per module).
