Cooler Master Announces the Hyper 612 CPU Cooler in the EU

Cooler Master, a leading creator, innovator, and manufacturer of desktop components and gaming peripherals today announced the latest addition to the Hyper series: the Hyper 612 ver. 2. The Hyper-series is known for its very aggressive price/performance ratio which makes it one of the most popular cooling series in the world.

The Cooler Master Hyper 612 ver. 2 is designed with versatility in mind. The first option is to use it as a Silent (passive) cooler. Patented technologies like CDC and X-Vent are two reasons why the Hyper 612 can reach extreme low temperatures. CDC or Continuous Direct Contact is a technology developed by Cooler Master to improve the contact between the CPU and the heatpipes. This improved contact allows for better heat dissipation and thus improves the performance of the cooler.

GELID Launches SnowStorm CPU Cooler

Thermal Solutions specialist GELID Solutions unveils its latest CPU cooler "SnowStorm". The cooler contains an optimized compact heatsink with 3 power heatpipes and a 92mm fan with PWM function. The cooler is a product of GELID Solutions SILENT product line.

Thanks to its height of only 34 millimeters and the fan being mounted between the heatsink and the baseplate, it is possible to use the Kodati even in really slim chassis where other heatsinks won't fit.

LEPA LV12 CPU Cooler Launched in Europe

With high-end power supplies like the G1600, LEPA has already built a reputation in Europe. Also the chassis and fans of the young brand enjoy an increasing popularity. Now, the manufacturer enters another cooling section: The CPU cooler LV12 is the result of extensive research and development. The engineers designed a slim and compact heat sink which avoids compatibility issues with higher RAM modules while maintaining a high performance capability.

LEPA relies on a new technique for efficient air stream conduction: Small air vents improve the air circulation inside the heat sink and increase the heat dissipation rate. The heat pipes rest directly on the CPU so that hot spots can be eliminated quickly. Due to these techniques, LEPA engineers have been able to lower down the thermal resistance of the cooler to just 0.095°C/W.

LEPA Introduces the LV12 CPU Coolers

LEPA announces a new product series, the LEPA LV12 CPU air cooler. The LV12 combines the Louver design and H.D.T (Heatpipe Direct Touch) technology to accelerate the heat dissipation. The S.N.T.C (Super Nano Thermal Conductive) coating and BOL (Barometric Oil-less) bearing offer silence performance and product life extension.

The LV12 provides excellent cooling performance with Rth 0.095oC/W by LEPA's in-house technologic innovation: the Louver design. These symmetric air vents on each fin create a "U-shape" airflow to increase the effective contact area and force the air to take more heat. Once the air flows into the fans, the Louver design creates more space to disperse the heat simultaneously.
