Board Software

For utilities, ASRock has kept it very minimal. There is App Shop, which offers a wide range of software, as well as a Live Update feature for drivers and BIOS. A special inclusion for the TRX40 Taichi is the Quad M.2 Card Utility, which allows custom fan control of the Hyper Quad M.2 expansion card.


Also included are the "Restart to UEFI" applet, which is very handy for booting straight into the BIOS, and ASRock Polychrome RGB, which is a pretty thorough RGB control app.


There is also Dragon LAN for extra control of all three networking options.


Last and maybe most relevant is A-Tuning: ASRock's in-OS overclocking and hardware-monitoring app. A-Tuning also has fan-control options.
